Squirrel

"Even though squirrel has a great skill of jumping, one day he will fall", said the grandfather.

"So what happened to the squirrel after he fell down?", asked the boy.

The grandfather just smile and wondering about how smart his grandson is.
The boy was still curious about the answer but he kept silent.

The boy grew up, at that time he was in the school and the teacher said the same thing like what his grandfather's said.

"Squirrel has a great skill of jumping, but one day he can fall down, when he jumped from a tree to another"

Than, the boy asked the same thing.

"So what happened to the squirrel after he fell down, Sir?"

The teacher shocked. Confused with the boy's answer. He didn't know how to answer that question, but still he was a teacher. He need to show how smart he is to his students.

"The main thing from what I said before is not about what will happen after the squirrel fell down, Kid!", said the teacher.

Knowing there's no point to argue, the boy put that question deep into his heart. Yet, he still wondering about the answer.

The little boy grew up and became a man with a great talent, gorgeous look, and good living. But still he couldn't find the answer for a simple question. So, he lived his life with no reason. No point. He had a good life but his heart was empty. Without a simple answer for his simple question, his life was incomplete.

One day, his life became upside-down. He got a problem with his lungs. The doctor said he would live just for a short term and in order to prolong his live, the doctor suggested him to live on a hill with a fresh air to clean his lungs.

He moved to a hill and lived in a small villa. Now he filed his live in a different way. He spent most of his time by reading a book near a window.

In an unusual day, he wanted to read a book in his terrace. So, he walked out from his villa, sat down on a chair and saw a clear view of trees before reading the book.

There's a spot on a tree that distract him. With his curiosity, he walked towards the tree from after he saw a squirrel jump from a tree to another. He found out that the squirrel brought two acorns on his hands.

Although the squirrel had skill to jump, he couldn't move easy when he landed after jumped from a tree. Unluckily, when the squirrel wanted to jump to a tree, where's he had a hole to live in, he slipped away, almost fell down but lost his acorns.

The man was curios to what the squirrel would do. He saw that the squirrel went down from the tree and searched for his acorns behind the crowdy grass. It took sometime until the squirrel found two acorns. The man still studying the squirrel's behavior and finally the squirrel came into his hole.

The man asked a question to himself. "Why the squirrel take two acorns for himself? One is enough for himself."

He peeked inside the hole. He found out that the squirrel had two children inside it.

Two days after found out the answer of the squirrel, the man was death in peace, although he had a regret for living his life with no point to struggle. Unlike the squirrel who struggled for his children even he had to fall down thousand times. But still now his life was complete.
